Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sounda application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Bluemind Bilisim LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Health Disclaimer

Sounda is designed for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. The content available in the App — including all audio sessions, journeys, and moments — does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge that Sounda is not a substitute for professional medical care, and you agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

3. Use of the App

Guest access: You may use Sounda without creating an account. Guest users have access to free content without registration.

Premium access: Certain features and content require a paid subscription. Premium access requires creating an account with your first name, last name, and email address.

Permitted use: You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans: Sounda offers monthly and yearly subscription plans for premium access.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple Pay and Apple's in-app purchase system. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that date. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you of any price changes in advance. Your continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account within the App. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All personal data associated with your account will be removed from our systems. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through Sounda — including but not limited to audio recordings, images, text, graphics, and the App itself — is the property of Bluemind Bilisim LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the App or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bluemind Bilisim LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the App where appropriate. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
